34. Disbursement and expenditure-related work delay

If a written request is received from an office for a budget-related withdrawal, the disbursing office must disburse within five days from the date of receipt of the amount within the approved budget, and within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the amount if the amount is not within the approved budget. The process of giving out will have to be done. However, if necessary inquiries are to be made at the office to which the request for clearance was sent or at any other office in the course of the clearance work, the inquiry shall be made within three days and the response shall be completed within seven days from the date of receiving the reply.
